Marketing Admin role is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, agile business with strong ambition to be a key partner with our clients and grow alongside them. We operate as an in-house marketing team for our clients, with exposure to multiple industries and categories, we can help identify the most effective solutions for a client and ensure they get maximum return on their marketing spend.

From website design, adwords management, social media campaigns, SEO and marketing strategy. The Marketing Admin will be a key part of delivering this to clients, will learn the various services and, should they wish, be able to grow into a Marketing Exec or Account Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for client communications, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Client Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for the digital marketing services, actions and advertising purchased on behalf of clients.
  • Supplier Payments: Process payments to suppliers, ensuring financial transactions are handled efficiently and allocated to client billing where appropriate.
  • CRM and Project Updates: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all project statuses are current.
  • Proposal and Quote Compilation: Assist in creating detailed proposals and quotes for potential projects.
  • Team Task Allocation and Follow-Up: Organise and monitor task allocations within the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Meeting Attendance: Participate in client meetings as needed, providing administrative support and preparing necessary materials.

Job Overview: As a Part-Time Casual Marketing Assistant at AXS-2 Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with our clients, Principal Consultant and internal team members to ensure the successful planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Planning: Develop and execute social media content plans for a diverse set of clients.
  2. Task Allocation: Delegate social media creation tasks to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely and high-quality content production.
  3. Scheduling: Utilise social media management tools to schedule and publish posts across various platforms.
  4. Content Review: Evaluate existing client website content and blogs, providing recommendations for improvements and new content ideas.
  5. Analytics: Analyse social media statistics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend adjustments for optimisation.
  6. SEO Analysis: Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  7. Client Interaction: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to update them on campaign progress.


  • Qualification(s) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive customer perspective.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
